Noise protection

Facility operators and organizers are responsible for noise protection, so they must prevent, minimize or sometimes limit noise to a specific time and space. It would be quite impossible, as regulated by law, to clearly distinguish between noise resulting from a sports facility and noise resulting from recreation. Therefore, the responsible parties should aim to comply primarily with the “noise protection ordinance for sports facilities”.
